Facebook And Nestle Mess: The Social Media becomes not so Social For Nestle:
These days Nestle has huge public relation mess on social media websites. The controversy began when an environmental protection group Greenpeace created a parody video on youtube of Nestle KitKat candy bar product. The video suggest that the further production of the key ingredient of the product is destroying rain forests which causing danger to the species of Orangutan. The Greenpeace also suggest that Paradise Rain forest in Sumatra has deforested at record rate because of the Nestle production of their prime ingredients of a product of Nestle KitKat candy bar.Nestle in response requested youtube to take video down but video is continuously spreading all other media sites.

Now the consumer had their own turn they attacked on Nestle's Facebook fan page, by not only criticizing them but also giving abusive comments on the wall of their Facebook page. The social networking site has nothing to do with this issue but to show sympathy to Nestle. Other organizations not only now pursuing better public relationship strategy but also now more careful in using social networking websites for their public relationship.
